I love being 15 months. Really. I mean, life is great. No one ever wakes me up in the morning. And when I want up, I make my presence note. My parents usually take me into their bed and try to get me to close back my eyes and hold still. But I remind them that life is short, and there are things to do! So I say "DOW!! DOW!!" (down) and "baby!!?" (let's go play with my baby doll) and "AYA!" (chalav or milk). Sometimes when I'm still really tired I ask for my mana. That's what I call my pacifier. Sometimes I think all I need in life are my "aba", "ema" "mana" and "aya". But then I remember, no, I gotta move!! So I "wa wa wa" (walk walk walk) and find something to pick up, move, rip, drop, take out...oh there are so many things I can do!! I love eating.

But at a restaurant, I'm not always the best at sitting still. Sometimes Ima or Aba have to take me for a walk or a dance.

At the zoo, I enjoyed munching on a french fry almost as much as seeing the zebras!

I love other babies. My dad thinks I flirt too much.

But lately, I have serious cabin fever. Turns out there is a whole world out there when you open the front or back door. My parents sometimes just dont' seem to get it. I stand by the door and whine and cry. I say "BRRR brrr brrr" which is what we said all winter whenever I heard the word outside/bachutz. If I persist, somebody finally says "okay, fine". Outside, there are cars.

And there is the SIYYYY (slide). I love going ROU ROU ROU (round round round).

I also really like youtube videos of the ABCs and can now sing all the way to G. When I meet someone new I often ask them to sing me the abcs by saying ABC? ABC? I love when they comply.
This last week has been a little strange because my requests for crackers is getting ignored. Instead I get Matnah (matzah). This is a pretty good substitute though. I love shabbat, mostly because of the extra time I get with my parents. I know how to say "amen" already but never understand why it takes so long to get the challah I want. So I usually begin demanding as soon as we start the blessings. In short, I'm discovering, if you ask for it enough, you'll get what you want. And I always win :) Today we went to the zoo. I greet all animals by saying "hi" first and waving. I also know the answers to some important questions. How old are you? (wahh). Who's the president? (omama) How many grandchildren am I going to bring my mother? (eight).
Life sure is fun.
